You’ll get a second email when your clock ships. Our clocks are stored in U.S. warehouses near the Canadian border, so we handle all duties and customs fees.

When your clock arrives at a Canadian warehouse, you’ll receive another email. The carrier will call you to schedule the final delivery.

We'll notify you once the carrier plans the delivery. Stay in touch with them for a smooth process.

The carrier will unpack your clock, remove large packaging, and place it in your chosen room. Make sure they keep the clock standing upright to avoid damage.
