Order Shipment
Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a specific shipping method.
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail indicating your tracking number. You can track your package online or via phone with the carrier. Feel free to contact us for any concerns on the progress of the shipment.
Standard Ground
Regular, small and lightweight parcels have transit times vary nationwide from 4-6 days.
Signature is required. It's to prove you accepted the package and it will not be left without an adult signing for it. It is usually only required for relative expensive items. Otherwise some people would claim it was never received or if it was left on your porch it might have become a jackpot for a porch pirate!. The driver will leave your parcel in a dry and safe area in case no one receives the package or leave a note with directions in obtaining your parcel if there is no safe location to leave it.
Truck Freight
For bigger items, transit times vary from 4-14 business days. Items will be delivered to the curbside only. The customer is accountable for bringing the items inside their home.
The carrier will deliver during business hours, from Monday thru Friday. You will receive a call to schedule an appointment, giving you a 4-hour window. Incurred charges are given for missed schedules.
Assembly Service: None
Packaging: Product will be left in its original packaging. Be sure to check the package(s) at the time of delivery. For any damages, please refer to Returns.
White Glove Delivery
This service is for Floor Clocks only. No additionnal charge.
A 2-man team will bring your item inside your home and set-up the item for you. Transit time for White Glove delivery is typically 2-4 weeks.
The carrier will deliver during business hours, from Monday thru Friday. You will receive a call to schedule an appointment, giving you a 4-hour window. Incurred charges are given for missed schedules.
Assembly Service: The carrier will place your product at your room of choice.
Packaging: The carrier will remove and dispose all packaging. Be sure to check the package(s) at the time of delivery. For any damages, please refer to Returns.
How Soon Will My Order Ship?
We offer same-day or next-day order processing depending on the time it was placed.
Our warehouses process and arrange your order as fast as possible. Refer to our “Ships in” estimates found on the "Shipping" section of each product page.
Most of our items ship quickly. Customized products have longer processing times to fit your requests.
Where We Deliver
We ship to the all provinces of Canada except the three territories. As of the moment, we do not deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses.
Other Shipping Details
For multiple shipping addresses, simply place a separate order for each address.
Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Shipping charges (if any) include order processing, item selection, packing and transportation.
